’06 Phone System Message?

For the past few days there has been a message occupying
my audio system. next to my clock it just reads
'Message' and no matter how many times I hit the hang up
button it still reads message and I can't use the
navigation system because it is always occupied by the
phone system. I was looking through the manual, and I
have always had the message option grayed out on the
info screen regardless of whether or not I hit ok on the
disclaimer screen. Is there any way to just reset the
whole system? Or does anyone know how I might clear the
message?
