01 tl transmission issues

I bought a 01 tl from an auction about 6 months ago. The rear end was hit. I got it fixed and inspected.The carhas a rebuilt title on it.The transmission on it started skipping and now it wont move. Do you guys thinks acura will fix it or am i out of luck.
