Most HP for the $$$?

I am gettin ready to buy an 02 RSX-s and i was wondering what mods would get me the most HP for the littlest amount of money?
I have been looking at an injen cold air intake, a set of dc headers, a magnaflow catback and some nology sparkplug wires.
Any suggestions please reply. thanks!
