I want to put two tweeters in the overhead just above each door. Has anyone ever done that before? I have a 2006 RSX base model.


You can peel back the weather stripping in the door frame and pull the roof down a bit to reveal a plasticribbing between the roof and the steel frame of the car.


Just want to make sure there is nothing else in there (electrical or otherwise) that would get messed up if one were to cut into it. Thanks.

 

the only thing that i could imagine being up there would be wiring for a dome light or sun roof, and often, those run through the b pillar, depending on the model.
