wondering if anybody has the 0-60 time for a 2006 acura RSX type S. ive searched around on the internet and have seen everything from 6.1 sec (bone stock) to 7.1 sec (bone stock) and the funny thing is these are all from major car mags too, such as car and driver and motor trend!? what gives?


so if anybody gots a correct time id appreicate it.

 

The first issue here is magazine racing is really not an accurate profile of any car. Simply put, they have as much experience driving the car as you do if you have never been it either, plus there are so many other variables. Therefore, any 0-60 or 1/4mile times are not likely to be what they can with an experienced driver after learning a car's limits. Bone stock, the best I got in my 02 was 5.9, I'm sure it is quite different now since I have modded it some. The 06 is going to be a little better than the previous model years with the K20Z1 over the K20A2, maybe you can pull out a 5.8, I dunno.
