Ran into a strange problem. When driving my car i found myself ill after a couple minutes due to fumes coming into my car. Loud sound next to my flex pipe. Took the car to couple of muffler shops and both places informed me that they would have replace the entire manifold and headers back. Honestly, i sh*t myself and told them there is no way that the problem would have to incorporate all of that. Any insight would be great and much appreciated as i need to drive my car and cant due to the fact that i could , die!

Little facts:

04 RSX type R
DC Header
Cold air intake
Skunk 2 Exhaust
AEM fuel rail

No Cat (when i bought it i did not know that it did not have a cat).

I think that the problem is in the flex pipe as that is where all the noise is. But the solution to fix is cloudy. Should i cut it and run a straight pipe? Put a cat on? Insight would be very grateful and cheers to those that read this. Thanks.
