Acuralink Connection
Hello allSo we solved the memory seat issue on our brand new 25 RDX. Now it seems we cannot connect to Acuralink. We get messages no account is associated with the vehicle. Our phone is paired, we have illuminated bars on the WiFi icon and the dealer has told us multiple times they filed the appropriate paperwork to do so

See if the instructions at Activate Acura Link are of any help. Note that I think there is a subscription fee in some cases but you will be prompted on what your choices will be during the setup process.
We are having the same issues with linking up with Acuralink. What settings were done to enable it on your I phone ? Thanks in advance. Jack

First we made continuous calls to the dealer, who reset it on their end
I watched a YouTube video that showed the settings on an iPhone or Android that need to be set correctly
