I am posting to see if anyone has some solid contact info on who to e-mail regarding a Warranty issue about vibration at certain rpms on my 2014 rdx. I've had nothing but a runaround from both the dealer and Acura Canada. What I'm experiencing is a known issue related to a service bulletin and I'm getting nowhere. My warranty is about to expire and Acura Canada's Client Service Rep will not assure me that this issue will be addressed, so I would like to speak with someone who is able to make a decision! Has anyone else had an issue trying to get satisfaction in regards to warranty issues and if so, who did you get in contact wtih.
