So about a week ago I posted a thread explaining problems I was having programming my seat positions
Tried many things including a factory reset
so today I found the problem is when hitting either position 1 or 2, that button sticks. When this happens the entire system does not work. If I manually pull it back the system works
i appreciate any ideas to fix this

Is there some compelling reason why you don't get it replaced under warranty?

 

Dealer is about 1 hour away
if I can’t fix it, I will go to the dealer

 

On my 22 RDX I can insert a piece of paper into the space that is adjacent to the button and go fully around the periphery of the button. This may not gain you much but see if you can do the same. Perhaps the button is simply binding against the switch frame. Some experimentation at my end indicates I can also get some very fine emery paper into that space so if you feel some binding maybe emery paper could free things up.
