Default 2025 Acrua RDX A Spec Ride Quality

Approximately 15 days ago, we went to lease a 2025 Acura RDX A-Spec. On the way home from the dealer, there was a vibration inside the cabin, and the ride was not smooth at speeds of 35-70 mph. The vibration could be felt from the waist down. This car was sitting at another dealer for approximately 9 months, maybe more, maybe less, not 100% sure. Our dealer swapped it from another dealer. We turned around, and the dealer stated that they would check the tires, balance them, and we would be good. On the way home, the same thing was happening, so we turned around as the dealer took the truck back.

Skip ahed 5 days, and they located the same vehicle, a different VIN # (I checked), and the ride quality is not any better. You can feel the road inside the car, in Snow, Sport, Comfort, or Normal, it does not matter. My 2024 Honda Civic is smoother.

Is it possible that the tires developed flat spots that can not be reversed, causing this problem? The vehicle now has 335 miles, so they should have gone away. Is it possible that this is the way the new Acura RDX AWD rides? She is coming from an Infiniti QX60 (2025), and that ride was ultra smooth, even at 110,000, and it was traded in. The only way to tell is to drive a new one or another RDX on the highway for 10 miles to see if there is any difference. If not, this is the ride, and one must get used to it. Our oldest drives a 2025 Mazda CX-30 AWD, and the ride is pretty smooth. Hard to tell.

Any thoughts? Thank you in advance.
