So, on about four different occasions, I would hit a bump in the road, then a popping noise would come out of my stereo speakers (sounds like a light rain hitting the windshield). It actually intensifies when I push on the gas and accelerate. It lasts two or three days, then just goes away...does anyone know what this could be??? Thanks.

 

FAKRA Cables. Had the same issues with my TLX. Replaced all 4 FAKRA cables and the issue resolved. There is a TSB out on this issue. Call your dealer to get the issue fixed under warranty.

 

Thanks! Found a blog that talked about FAKRA connectors. Funny...I got so tired of hearing it yesterday that I drove thru a parking lot with large speed bumps and it's stopped it for now, but I'm taking it to the dealership. Thanks again.
