2014 RDX rear shocks. I have a FWD RDX and need new rear shocks? I can install myself. Looked at several auto parts chains and all they seem to carry is a brand called KYB. My father in law is a retired mechanic and doesn’t particularly like this brand. Any suggestions? He likes Monroe but I looked on their site and they don’t appear to make a shock for this model/year. Thank u in advance for suggestions.

 

So did a quick search and this is what I came up with. Not sure what the actual manufacturer of these are but they are the OEM parts that the dealership would use, and the price shows it. They are expensive and unless you have a spring compressor you'll need to have it done by either the dealer or another certified shop. Web site is below:
