I was wondering if anyone could tell me why sometimes my 1990 Integra will not start, and then if I wait for a few minutes and try again it will start, sometimes I only have to wait a little while but the other day it would not start and then in the morning it did. Please someone help.

Hi,
Have had 2 Honda Accords with a similar prob.
On my 94, it turned out to be Main Fuel relay that prevented the start, especially after gassing up or on a hot day.

On the 95, just this week had to replace the ignition switch, which let the car crank, but never start. On the 94, the car wouldnt crank, it just seemed dead, but the battery and lights were good with both probs which told me it wasnt a bad bat ot connector.

Seems to be an easy fix for both, about $60 bucks plus labor. Both cars had over 120K miles, and are still goin. Gd luck...

Did you check the distributor? The timing belt?

Dose it turn over like it wants to start?

Hey SVinNJ1
Thanks for the help, it was my fuel relay. You fixed my car.

Thanks again
