Angry Unhappy

I have a 2008 MDX. I needed scheduled service, B-16. Acura of Tempe, Arizona, quoted me over $400 for the service. I got it done by an independant car repair service for $93. I can't understand the logic of what in my opinion, is ripping off loyal Acura consumers.

BMW includes all services for 3 or 4 years on the 2008 models. That means zero out of pocket. I think you missed my point. $400 is a rip off and I do not need to pay them. I paid $93 dollars somewhere else for the identical services. It is the dealership that lost a customer.

sorry to say this but those dealers who charge those prices dont give a care because for every one such as you who do not go for that over charge of service, there are 6 more behind you who dont give a care and pay whatever the price is...
