Hello everyone. I have inherited a 1994 acura integra LS, auto. It was my sisters and I typically drive a 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins. So being use to that power what the heck can I do with this thing? It burns oil pretty bad. I'm going to pull the motor to replace the rings. Please help me out with tools needed, suggestions on what to do since i'll have the motor out and the best place to find parts for this car. It's going to need a full exhaust but that's somthing I can do with the engine in. HELP...and thanks.

by the time you buy a master rebuild kit and have the machinework done. you could buy a used engine with a warantee.

now if you gonna up the compression or put some monster pistons in it
so you can run boost then lets get the old engine to the machine shop
asap.

5-7 pounds of boost on a stock engine will make a night and day chance to that engine.

i have seen lots of turbo kits out there and a few super charger kits as well.

i guess 1 has to sit back and think. high performance on the
30mpg car or add hypo goods to the 12 mpg truck? and drive the
car till its little wheels fall off

anyway dave at scotts has those engines if used you care to go that route. 1800 767-8640
