i have a 93 acura integra and i was wondering if u all can help me out. i have been having a problem with my temp rising. At high speeds its ok, but when i stop it'll be fine for a few minutes the starts to rise. when i saw that i changed the water pump cause it was leaking, it has a new radiator , timming belt, radiator fan switch , thermostat. when i put it all together i flushed out all the air out of the system. Now, thats all new but, IT IS STILL RISING i was wondering what could it be. thanks for your help

cools at speed but hot at idle.

are the fans working?

is your lower valence pannel on?

if that car is a little lean in the fuel managment it will go hot fast

and idle has different fuel curves then at speed.

i dont think its a head gasket because those tend to over heat at all conditions, worst at speed.

is your ac condencer plugged and not letting those fans do there job?

The radiator fan came on twice when i replaced the radiator but hasnt sense but before i replaced the radiator it came on every now and then. the ac fan works but my air isnt charged i have to get it charged but i know that it works. I dont know what the lower valenace panel is. i had the idle set back to manufacterors specs for smog caause i replaced the soleinode in the distributor and somehow i had it ad 22 degrees instead of 18. could that be the problem?

no, i used too alot before i changed the radiator now i dont. im thinking maybe its the radiator fan relay. the fan used to stay on after the car was off for a few seconds then go off then when i changed the radiator it can on twice cooled it down and now it doesnt come on at all.
