Some Acura Gurus heremay have solution to stop the anti-theft alarm system.

I found out that my car's battery was dead this morning. I removed the battery and brought it to a service center and recharge it. When I reinstall the battery, anti-theft alarm system turns on to activate horns and lights. I insert the original key, ignite the engine but the alarms did not stop. I had to remove the battery cables to stop it. I am able to drive the car but horns honking and light flashing. Mine is 2005MDX.

Please help me

I resolve the problem myself. After I connected the battery and the alarm turns-on, I pressed my keyless remote to show that I am the owner. That's it.

Im having the same problem. Do I press the panic button on my keyless remote or is it the door unlock button?

Press door unlock or lock button. Don't press panic button. Make sure your remote is in working condition by checking the red light blinking when pressing the buttons. Good Luck!
