2002/2004 headlight compatibility

I own a 2002 acura mdx which was recently crashed.
while i am getting it fixed, i was wondering if 2004-2005 headlights will fit into my 2002 mdx. i also want to get a HID conversion kit for the low beams.
does anybody know if the headlights are compatible?
and any recommendations for HID conversion kits?
