The one plug that I am in reference to is in the trunk and it is gray.

if its circle with lil pins in it then it plugs up to the chenger. see your car has the wires for the factory phone aswell. Edited by: L3GDKANG/JDM-KA

It is not by the changer. I see that part. This part is like in the middle of the trunk.

the only thing i can think of is he pulled the wires from under the trunk lining.

sorry i couldnt help i always replace mine but have friends who still have them also acura have a call back for some of the radio's so check with them.

Will they still honor a recall from a 1993 car, since it has been so long?

if that was the year they had the recall then yes as a few of my friends had theres replaced last year! but they have more then 1 legend like me so im not sure what year was the recall.
