car idles at 1500 when warm and cold obd2 says vss anybody know if this is correct or have same problem

 

vss should not effect idle.



high idle like that is more than likely a vacume leak.



check vac lines, brake booster, cruise control module.

also obd2 says vss is bad then im betting you have a bad vss sender.



and a vacume leak will not be detectable by Obd2.



still a bad vss should not effect idle speed.
