Removing/Replacing emblems

ok so i bought new emblems for my 1992 integra was wondering how i go abouts to remove old ones and put new ones on.
the new ones have 2 pin things that go into the car with 2 sided tape on the back.
so basically how do i remove old ones easily lol im a noob!
