I drive a 91 integra 4 door with a B18 and manual trans. I am replacing my timing belt. I cannot get my harmonic balancer bolt off. I have tried using a pneumatic impact wrench and also tried a 4 foot 1/2 drive breaker bar. I have soaked the whole thing with liquid wrench. I have two questions: Is this bolt backwards threaded? How much torque should be required to loosen this bolt? If anyone has done this before, please tell me how you made it work.
