So i was driving my 92 integra down the street last night and the feul suply was cut off from the engine. I pulled it over and turned it off. wen i tryed to start it again, it would just crank but not turn over. I went under the dash and wiggled the fuel relay around and it started fine. I don't understand why this would happen because it has a brand new fuel relay???

Can anyone help me???
