Hello i am about to buy a 95 Integra Turbo about 400hp and i was wondering will it pass my emissions test? The engine is totally rebuilt everything upgraded,cams, stand alone fuel management, 3" downpipe and full exhaust. Let me know please

400HP 1.8 = NO PASS AT THE STATION. YOU NEED TO DE-TUNE BIG TIME - OEM ECU - DROP THE BOOST LEVEL - STOCK INJECTORS - O2'S AND A GOOD CAT. GOOD LUCK.[img]smileys/smiley11.gif[/img]

is it possible to register my car in a different county that doesnt do echecks? i have family there would i be able to do that? has anyone done something like that?

1 problem with registering your car somewhere else is that you cant drive it in cali. for more then 6 months because of the emissions law after you get pulled over your back to stage one..........already thought bout buying a evo for 18 tho in tx and bring it over[img]smileys/smiley6.gif[/img] damn cali.
