this might sound like the stupidest thing that anyone ever heard but what is the difference between when a car cranks and a car turns over. i need to know what my car is doing. my 93 vigor seems that it wants to start but it just won't. it might be the timing but i am not sure. it just stalled on me one day and then i started it back quick drove to a parking lot. then it wouldnt start after that.
