Ok i got a 92 Integra LS here is my problem, when i make a right hand turn it makes a clicking noise it does not do it when i make a left hand turn.

Say it is the axle if i have the one changed should the other get changed as well, ive heard if one goes and gets fixed the other side is intended of going.

any help here at all would be appreciated thanks.....

im betting on it being axle/axles

and there is no cost advantage to doing 2 at 1 time.

SOOOoooo. IMO only change the 1 that is bad.

P.S. CV axles are the strongest when perfectly straight.

the harder you are on then through a corner the sooner you will be replacing them.
