Hi Folks

I'm new to the forum, but with my other vehicles, I always found user forums to be the most honest way to get info.

My 18 year old son hurt the nice car that I got for him. Typical. Now, I own the car again and he's driving a beat up, old Toyota pickup like he deserved in the first place.

Anyway, he ran it out of oil, and the top half of the engine needs to be rebuilt. So says a friend of mine. He also says that there is no metal in the oil and that the bottom of the engine is probably OK.

I have time, a nice place to work, and access to tools. What I need is advice and a recommendation on the best, easiest, picture friendly publication that I can buy. I'm handy, mechanically minded, but I've never done this before.

Need recommendations on rebuild kits, etc. I'm all ears.

Ted

Well it depends on what your trying to put on your car. What type of car is it? Is it and Integra? If so, what kind of Integra?
