Hello. I just recently acquired my sister's '94 2 door, automatic, Integra. It has had a few owners before her, so neither of us knew the answers to the questions I have. First, the keyless entry remote has 2 buttons: 1 big one that locks/unlocks, and another tiny green one that I can't figure out it's purpose. Secondly, I can't figure out how the alarm system in the car works. I'm not sure if it's just old, or what, but sometimes it chirps when I lock the doors, and sometimes it doesn't. Does anyone have any input? I checked the manuals and even googled a bit, but to no avail. Thanks in advance.

The extra button on the remote does nothing for an Integra. It's an

urchinTracker();

auxiliary button for a trunk release soyou don't need it. Replace the battery in the clicker to see it that fixes it. Also most alarm systems won't arm if the door is ajar. cleanand check whereyour door locks to the car for a tight fit and a good contact/connection. hope that helped.
