1999 Integra LS Engine Block?

I just got back from the Acura Dealer earlier today and was told that I need a new Engine Block for my 1999 Integra LSwhich has 135000 miles on it. They gave me a quote for $3800. This includes a newengine block made by Acura with a 1 year warranty andlabor included. Is this a good deal? If not, what is?
