Breather?

where do I hook up my breather, and once its on does it give me a significant boost at all,

it has a hose and a tiny little air filter and it helps the engine breath better. I just dont know where it goes. you can find breathers at any automotive shop.

Dont bother with a breather untill you have a fresh air kit/forced induction system...its a waste of money...IMO



#1 reason to remove the breather from your incoming air tube is that it
robs air from your throttle body. (and the injection has
accounted for that) so unless you have a out of spec system
you will be causing some havic to your comp and that may be seen in
fuel usage and in smoothness of idle.



#2 reason...unless your planning to patch a hole in the tube where you
just removed the breather tube from you will introduce unfiltered hot
dirty air into your engine.



REASON TO DO IT

BOOST in the breather line will pressurise your crank case causing
every seal to puke oil and it will reak havic on your idle circuit...so
YOU HAVE TO PUT A BREATHER FILTER ON IT.
