I purchased a 2010 TSX Certified used car from an Acura dealership about a month ago. Today, I noticed a small rust spot near the moonroof seal on the roof of my car. Size of the rust spot is about the width of speaker wire. I never noticed it until today. Though nobody likes the thought of rust, I don't know if this is common and I should just accept it. It isn't that noticable as long as it doesn't spread. I read in the warranty that rust warranty isn't transferrable. That is, the dealer is the original owner as they used it as a courtesy service car and cannot be tranferred to me. Just looking for feedback. Not sure what to do about it.

 

2010 with rust isnt normal, you should talk to the dealer about it before it spreads.
