What all do i need to replace as far as fuel goes to boost my 98 gsr?
injectors? fuel pump? FMU? Fuel lines? anything else?

Please help i need to know so i can do it right

high pressure pump. bigger injectors but match them with how much boost you will be running or you will run rich or lean,rich is better than lean cause you will melt a piston with boost and lean fuel mixture.your stock fmu will be good and depending on how much boost you plan on running your stock injectors might be enough also you need to research that though.Fuel lines no, unless you have some that look like they are wearing on the outside.
