My 2000 Acura TL driver side low beam headlamp started to become intermittant. It works sometimes and then turns off suddenly. I tried replacing the bulb but that didn't fix it. How can I tell if it the ballast or igniter are bad? And, where can i buy replacement parts (exact fit please)?
