So just bought one with about 95k miles on it. It's in great shape, love it so far. However, just had a conversation with a co worker and he stated I needed to use 'premium' gas in it. I've driven Honda's for years now and the engine in this car looks/appears to be a standard Honda 3.5L V-6, same one that's in our Honda Odyssey. We don't put premium gas in our Odyssey so looking for the straight answer. Do I need to put premium gas in my 2012 TL Advance and if so, what is premium, 89 octane or 91+ octane?
