This is my first post. I have a 1999 Acura 3.2TL and the stereo is asking me for a code i've done some research to try and recover the SN#. I used the 1+6 & power button tip but it hasn't worked. I now have 3 errors and i don't want to keep entering the wrong code. Can someone tell me an easy way to recover the SN# so i can get Acura to give me the code.

 

I ended up pulling the "wood" trim strip off the dash and then pulling the radio to get the serial number. Then went to Acura dealer who looked up the code for me. They told me that sometimes the code is written in the owners manual or a sticker may be placed in the glove box, trunk, or inside the relay box in the engine compartment. I looked in all those places, but couldn't find anything. Good luck!
