I need some help on upsizing the rims on my 2003 TL from 16 to 17. I have a chance to buy a take off set of 2005 TL17 in rims with235/45/17tires. My current tires are 205/60/16. Eyeballing it, it looksvery close and I wonderdedif anyone out there has made this move or can tell me if these will fit or am i better offbuying some 215 or 225 tires to fit my 16 in rims.

It sounds close. I would probably call a rim shop and ask them if these tires will fit. If you get the right person, they should know. you may have to call a few shops though. Good luck!
