Just finished the first mod 2 the TSX. It took much longer 2 find the damn fitting then it did 2 do the by-pass. I couldn't find a 5/16 fitting so I used a 3/8 brass elbo and 5/16 vacuum plugs. The elbo fit perfect nice and snug! I also bought new hose clamps but the fitting fit so well I didn't need them, I just used the stock clamps. U can c the one valve closed off and the other is right below the throttle body. If any1 needs pics of where the outlet coolant valve is let me know and I can shoot some pics of that as well. Here r the pics below let me know what u guys think.

just wondering why you chose to do this is all?

i understand that is can heat the incoming air on your engine and that can cause a less dense air charge. and yo have removed that feature with your bypass.

but at 32 degreeze have you ever seen what happens when the butterfly plate freezes?and the throttle sticks wide open??? they put those throttle body heater lines there for a reason,

i dont recommend the bypass in cold climates. now if its nice and warm all year around or if you rember to hook it back up come fall then more power to ya.

I live in the sunny state of florida, so yea it is pretty much summer here all year long. It's about a 10 minute job, so i can replace the hose back to "stock" if needed.
