< src="http://www.google-analytics.com/urchin.js" =text/> </>I guess i'll b the first 2 say this, R U KIDDING ME? NO do not remove ur P/S! Its not going 2 throw u back in ur seat with it removed, the only thing its going 2 do is leave ur arms sore from tryin 2 turn ur car. Tell ur friend he should remove all the seats and sit on a milk crate 4 less weight, he should also remove all his exhaust and just run an open manifold, last but not least have him dump all the oil out of the block, no oil equals less resistance on the bottom end creating MORE POWER! After he does all of these mods 2 the car he should b around 400hp. < =text/> _uacct = "UA-939292-41"; urchinTracker(); </>

dont forget to check out the other posts done on this

and yes you will gain power by removing the power steering pump belt from the system

and yes running with out it will damage your car

the power gained will be under 1 hp at best.

residule belt brag is very minimal with a serpinteen belt

the pump wont use power unless your turning...straight line power is not effected.

That dose increase the horsepower, only makes it harder to turn into corners and race around the block .

Maybe it makes them feel like they are gaining HP even if it isn't hardly anything at all..

I removed the power stering in my car it gives u horsepower and also gives you good handling but it in the long run i really dont think its good on ur car!! Once u get use to it ur arms dont hurt no more! u will b able to turn sharp curves fast and thats really fun!! u prolly gain only 1 horsepower!
