I have a '96 Integra and the heater/ac blower motor works sporadically and makes a lot of noise. How can I go about changing the blower motor

these motors are very easy to install.

open your wallet at your favorite shop and have them fix it.

some of these cars require full removal of the dash cluster glovebox steering column and 3000 bolts clips and widgets

unless your very good at puzzles and have a lot of spare time with a second vehicle i would not attempt it.
