I suggest that you take it to an auto body parts shop just to be sure.. but my my first opinion is that it has a blown fuse or a freon leak..

Yeah you probably need to go down to an auto parts store and buy a can of R134A that has a gauge on so you can determine if the system is pressurized. If you put it in there and it looses it's cool after a few days you probably have a leak. In that case you could be looking at a new compressor if condensation has penetrated the system. Let's hope it's just running low on R134A.
