Default 1996 Acura Integra Tire Issue

I have a 1996 Integra that I turned into a race car to run in the 4 cylinder division on a 1/3 mile clay race track. The standard tire for my car is 195/60R 14. The speedway rules state all tires must be 65, 70 or 75 series. I'm looking for advice on what tire to run...size, brand, rating, etc. The softer the tire the better. I need a tread design that will clean itself out when the track is still wet/tacky but will also perform when the track gets slick & hard. A tire that will grip in the corners. Any racing enthusiast out there that can help?
