2006TSX poor engine management

Our TSX has experienced 3 instances in which releasing the accelerator and applying the brakes to stop the vehicle has resulted in engine RPM increasing rather than decreasing. This prevents the torque converter from disengaging and makes the vehicle try to drive through the brakes. The way to get the engine rpm back down again has been to shift the transmission into park once the vehicle has stopped. The dealer has been unable to find any fault. Anyone out there have a similar problem?
