Wholesale value of ’06 TL

I have a '06 TL with a manual transmission, no nav system. Only 23,000 miles. It is on a 36-month lease, which expires in a couple of months. I have the option of buying the car for $19,000, but I think that may be high in today's used car market.. Anyone have an idea what this car would fetch at auction?
