Where can I get CD Player Dash trim

Just had the cd player changed out on my 2003 tl type s. The dealer is telling me that they cant get the wood trim that was on it so now it looks stupid. Does anyone know where i can get the replacement trim. its kind of like a black marble color. Thanks for the help.
