I have a 1999 TL leaking TONS of power steering fluid where the shaft meets the rack. I haven't yet started tearing into it to see the details, but is this a common problem? Can the seal be replaced or do I need a new rack? Given this is a rotating seal, I'm guessing a stop leak additive wouldn't help?
