Navi DVD with Canada’s map for 2nd gen TL

The latest Navi upgrade DVD for the 2nd generation of TLs (version 2.40) does not have Canada's map.
Since Acura does not bother to upgrade the 2nd generation Navi's DVD with the Canada's info, I am thinking is there a way to create a DVD, which would have USA (from the black DVD version 2.40) and Canada (from the orange DVD version 3.60) information. Or is there a way to modify the orange DVD version 3.60 so it would work on the Navi for the 2nd generation TLs.
