If it's during breaking and also speed related, it's most likely warped rotors. You can try bedding in your pads, to see if it's simply un-even pad built up. If it's still there (most likely) I'd replace your rotors.

I also face that kind of problem in my Honda Civic 2009. When I was going to my friends birthday party to other city it was making noise from front wheels and my car going to left side on the highway when I touch the speed about 110.
