I have a 97 3.2 TL, 160K and am having an issues now that its getting cold outside. Once its running, it runs great, no hesistation, no loss of power, engine purrs nice and smooth. When the engine is cold, there are times when the car wont start. I have to pump the gas pedal and hold it half way down and most of the time that works. It doesnt matter if the tank is Full or 1/4 full of gas, and I even tried putting Gas Line Antifreeze in it. Any help/suggestions are appreciated. TIA

pumping wont work on a fuel injected vehicle.

it sounds like a cold idle solinoid is stuck or not being told its cold outside.

do you have and engine codes?

when was its last tuneup?

does it idle around 1800 rpm once you do get it to start?
if not that would help prove a cold idle solinoid

No Engine cods, once it starts, it idles normal, around 1K then drops to 800rpms, and runs great.

Tune up was done about 10K ago.
