I was thinking about putting a cold intake on my 2002 Acura TL type S. The intake is:
I have some questions though. The first is if i can install this intake on my car even though it does have the factory fog lights. And also, is there a better intake for about the same price or cheaper?

Sure, why wouldn't you be able to install with factory fog lights? I have a 07 TL w/ factory fog lights and a AEM V2 from a 3.5L accord and it works great!

 

Intakes are in all pricebrackets..look for proof of the HP gain before you pick one out..

 

You'll get like 5 HP. I mean, the extra gas mileage is nice, but you won't even notice the performance gain.
