I got a TL and I blew the subwoofer. Besides going to the dealer, whats the best way to get another subwoofer?

wow poor tl im guessing you listen to to much rap. well i say you should go to an audio place and buy another 1. mabye it will have a better THUMP THUMP thats what im gonna do with the dynasty i shall get 2 rockford fosgate 12 in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! only 200 bucks

I had the same problem. After I blew my subwoofer, I went to a few aftermarket spots. They were talking about installing some woofer box that would take up too much trunk space & depreciate the car.Since it's covered underthe warranty, I went back to the dealership & had it replaced. And I will continue to blow the subwoofer, and have it replaced for free until I reach my 50k miles.

what size is the sub? and does your car have an amp, or does the head unit produce enough power to drive the sub?
